Check out is 10 am. Upon check out, please either bring your key to the main bar with you or leave your key in the room and lock the door behind you.

Need assistance after hours? A manager is onsite in the main hotel until 10pm daily.
Outside of these hours there is no after hours contact.
If you require laundry facilities during your stay, the closest laundromat is ‘Laundrette’ located 200m down the road at 1010 Beaufort Street, Bedford.
For dry cleaning, the closest facility is ‘New Look Drycleaners’ located 1.5km away at 844 Beaufort Street, Inglewood.
All areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, unless otherwise signed.
If required, there are designated smoking areas located around the hotel with ashtrays provided.
Penalties apply for smoking detected in rooms.
Any and all charges incurred by Emergency Services call-outs will be the sole responsibility of the guest, starting at $1000.
